Our shipping rates are as follows:
All orders are shipped within 3 working days within Australia. If you have not received an order within 10 days within Australia, please notify us by email at email@example.com
Gorgeous Butterfly can only ship to a limited number of countries, as listed on our Shipping page. Gorgeous Butterfly is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.
Overseas orders are subject to location and shipments will vary accordingly.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Gorgeous Butterfly. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. Overseas returns are subject to location and will vary accordingly.

- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
